Q1 : 退換貨流程

商品如有任何問題請先透過訊息或是官網聯繫我們,有時候也許是商品的使用問題,我們的客服人員可以第一時間幫您解決
如果是商品功能不全或是瑕疵,客服人員也會第一時間告知您退換貨流程,減省您花費的時間與流程
*若您未通知我們即寄回商品,請恕我司無法立即幫您處理,在未釐清退回原因前不屬於退換貨的流程,請您留意!

退換貨需待我司收到退換貨商品後,方進行後續退款或重新寄出流程。

Q2: 鑑賞期內退換貨運費
A: 根據消費者保護法規定,CHUCHU WATER提供您享有「商品到貨30日鑑賞期」權益,
鑑賞期為消費者完成簽收取件的隔日開始算起至第三十天止
(若有代收,則以代收的隔日起算,請留意出貨通知),您需自行將產品寄回總公司。
例:完成簽收時間為09/01,7天鑑賞期起訖日即為09/02-10/01,
若需辦理退貨,請於10/01之前,來電至總公司辦理退換貨。
Q3: 一年保固期之運費與服務
A: 商品超過三十天但是在一年的保固期內時,我們會先了解商品問題
保固期內商品本身有瑕疵或故障 (非人為因素和外力損壞),
公司提供免費檢修服務,請您自付運費將要檢修的商品寄回,並請與我們連絡,以便即刻協助處理相關事宜。
修繕完成品寄還給您時的運費則由本店支付,您不需再負擔。
Q4: 商品有色差及尺寸不準的問題
A: 商品圖皆為實拍,為維持商品實際原色,設計人員調光與修圖的範圍我們有限制
若仍有色差與尺寸等問題請依實收的商品為準,謝謝
Q5: 不喜歡商品味道想要退換貨
A: 如因為 商品飲用不適原因 退換貨,三十日內會無條件為您受理
我司很抱歉商品圖片說明得不夠仔細,讓您選擇退換貨

如有惡意退換貨,或是因喜好問題退換貨的次數超過2次,本店有決定出貨的權利

If there is any issue with the product, please contact us first via message or through our official website. Sometimes, the problem might be related to how the product is used, and our customer service team will assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible. If the product is incomplete or defective, our customer service team will also promptly guide you through the return and exchange process, saving you time and hassle.
If you return the item without notifying us first, we may not be able to process the request immediately. Please note that any return before clarifying the reason will not be considered part of the return/exchange process.
Handling Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be processed after we receive the returned product. If there are payment-related issues, please provide your bank account details to us.
Q2: Shipping Fees for Return or Exchange Within the Appreciation Period
A: In accordance with consumer protection laws, CHUCHU WATER offers a “30-day appreciation period” for your rights to return or exchange the product. The appreciation period begins the day after you sign for the delivery and lasts until the thirtieth day (if someone else signed for it, the appreciation period starts from the day after the recipient signs). You are responsible for returning the product to the company.
For example: If the signing date is 09/01, the 30-day appreciation period will be from 09/02 to 10/01. If you wish to return the product, please contact the company for the return or exchange process before 10/01.
Q3: Shipping Fees and Services for One-Year Warranty
A: If the product is beyond 30 days but within the one-year warranty period, we will first assess the issue. If the product has a defect or malfunction within the warranty period (excluding damage caused by human error or external forces), we offer free repair services. You will need to cover the shipping cost to send the product to us for repair. Once the repair is complete, we will cover the shipping cost to send the item back to you, and you will not incur any further charges.
Q4: Product Color Difference and Size Issues
A: All product images are taken from the actual product. To maintain the true color of the product, there are limitations in the adjustments made during the editing process. If there are any discrepancies in color or size, please refer to the actual product received. Thank you for your understanding.
Q5: Returning or Exchanging Due to Dislike of Product Odor
A: If you wish to return or exchange the product due to an issue with its taste or suitability for consumption, we will accept the return or exchange within 7 days unconditionally. We apologize if our product images or descriptions were not detailed enough, and we thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we reserve the right to manage membership and shipments. If there are malicious returns or exchanges, or if returns or exchanges due to personal preferences exceed two times, we reserve the right to refuse further shipments.
For returned or exchanged items, please ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging (including the outer packaging). Items with strong non-product odors (e.g., perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please avoid damaging or writing on the packaging, as any tampered packaging may result in the refusal of the return or exchange request, or we may charge a damage fee. Please be mindful of this to avoid affecting your return rights.

• Malicious damage to the product (e.g., intentionally dropping from height, soaking in water, or extreme testing).
• If exchanging due to color issues, please ensure the product is returned with complete packaging. Any clear signs of use (e.g., scratches or stains) will result in the exchange being denied. Please be mindful of this.
